This is the first book in the Geronimo Stilton series and I didn't really care for it. I think it is because this was the first book and I have read some of the newer ones and they are different. Geronimo Stilton is a mouse that runs a very famous newspaper called the Rodent's Gazette. His sister Thea invites him to a restaurant where she tells Geronimo that she has found the map to the treasure to the emerald eye. The whole book is about the crazy journey to look for the treasure. The newer books are better in my opinion.

this book is amazing, i love the Geronimo Stilton books, the wording is so cool
I've read better Geronimo Stilton books. This one wasn't as good as some of the other ones. I don't recommend this book, but most of the other Geronimo Stilton books are good.
This was among my favorites of the Geronimo Stilton books, and I have reread it multiple times. One of my favorite parts of these books is the thing they do with the words. It more directed towards kids 10 and under. But they are all written pretty well.
I'm not the Geronimo Stilton fan so I didn't enjoy this book as much. Geronimo has to find the Emerald Eye but mischief and mayhem quickly take over!! You should read this if you like Geronimo Stilton.

I love this book. It is a fantastic short read, especially because it is about the Geronimo Stilton stories. The main character, Geronimo Stilton, is a very silly mouse that makes some mistakes. Overall, I love the Geronimo Stilton series and would recommend this book and the whole series to anyone from ages 7 and up.

I love geromino stilton! especially since its the first book, its still hilarious when trap spells "cheese" wrong and when they find out that the emarald eye is just a island!
