For a full hour, he poured lemonade. The world is a thirsty place, he thought as he nearly emptied his fourth pitcher of the day. And I am the Lemonade King.
Fourth-grader Evan Treski is people-smart. He’s good at talking with people, even grownups. His younger sister, Jessie, on the other hand, is math-smart, but not especially good with people. So when the siblings’ lemonade stand war begins, there really is no telling who will win—or even if their fight will ever end. Brimming with savvy marketing tips for making money at any business, definitions of business terms, charts, diagrams, and even math problems, this fresh, funny, emotionally charged novel subtly explores how arguments can escalate beyond anyone’s intent.

This book was really good and interesting
One day a brother and a sister were selling lemonade with the brothers friend and they both challenged each other to a lemonade war to see who can make the most money off of selling lemonade so the sister gets her friend to help her make and sell the lemonade, and the brother gets his friend to help him make and sell the lemonade so one day the brother and the sister were selling lemonade across the street from each other so the sister was waving to say hi but her hands were sticky from making lemonade and the money got stuck to her hand so when she waved hi it looked like she was waving the money to brag about how much she made so he decided to get revenge on her so he decreased the price for the lemonade and made the lemonade with more sugar and lemon so it would be sweeter so whoever drank it they would tell other people to drink the lemonade it did work but the people said that is was to sweet poured it out and left. the next day the sister asked her brother did he see her wave to him to say hi and he said no you didn't you waved the money in the air so you can brag about how much money you and your friend made then she said oh that's why you did all that stuff t make a lot of people buy your lemonade but I was actually waving to say hi I was making lemonade and my hands got sticky so the money we made got stuck to my hands so I just waved to you with the hand I had the money we made because I was doing something else. so the next week the brother and sister went to the brothers friends house to have a pool party and the brother had money in his pocket but that wasn't his money it was his sisters money he stole it from her because he didn't believe that his sister was waving to him if she had money in her hands so when the boys got ready in the brothers friends room he left the money in his pocket of his shorts so when he went out to get in the pool so they played for a while and then they got food to eat and got back in the pool but the brothers friend went inside to do something he actually went in to steal the money the brother stole from his sister now he let somebody steal his sisters money so when the went home his sister went to go count how much money she and her friend made but when she got in her room to get the box with the money inside of it the money was gone so she asked her brother where the money was and he lied and said he didn't know where the money was but he knew where it was it was with his friend that lied about gong inside his own house to do something and not supposed to go and steal his sisters money he stole so that day it was the fourth of July so the always went to the hills to look at them so instead of leaving early to get the best spots to see the fireworks he told his sister to sit down so he could tell her what happened to her money was so he said "I didn't believe you when you said that you were waving to me just to say hi I thought that you were bragging to me about how much money you made so I stole your money so I could win the lemonade war that we planned and when we went to my friends pool party he went inside to do something but I left my shorts on his bed so he went inside in his room and took the money so he could use it for himself so that's why you couldn't find your money when you opened your box do you forgive me" his sister said yes and they became best friends or siblings and they forgot about the lemonade war and looked at the fireworks from their house. But they were still wondering if they were going to get the money back that the boys friend stole from him at the pool party. So read the next book to figure out if the brother and sister get the money back. this book is so awesome 😍😄😃
