This book is about Stanley Yelnats who's been convicted of stealing shoes. For his punishment he goes to a detention center in the middle of the desert. One day while digging he finds something interesting which leads him on an adventure through the desert. I connected to this book because it shows how he didn't really get to choose what happened to him after he got convicted and I've been in that situation a few times.

A Wrinkle in Time focuses on Meg Murry, her brother Charles Wallace, and a boy they stumble upon named Calvin O Keefe. Meg's father mysteriously disappeared years ago and ever since there have been rumors about the Murry's. One day, when all three are together, they're summoned on a mission to find Meg's father, and destroy the IT. I loved this book it was great and I'm glad I had the pleasure of reading it.

Lida and her sister are taken to a camp where they're separated. She's then put on a train which will lead them to a concentration camp. Lida makes friends on the way and tries not to get killed. When she's put into a position where she makes bombs she and her friends start putting dirt inside of the bombs instead of powder. Will she make it out alive? This book was amazing even though it was short it's still worth reading.

This book is set in the future where the world is taken over by the capitol. Each year the hold something called the Hunger Games. When Katniss Everdeen's sister gets called up she takes her place. This book was so good my favorite of the three.

After the scene in the graveyard last year Harry tells everyone that Voldemort is back. The thing is no one believes him. Everyone goes against him except for a few people. Things get worse when Harry starts having bad dreams of a door and his scar starts hurting a lot more. This was another one of my favorite Harry Potter books. I really enjoyed it and it reminded me that your friends will always be with you.

When the quarter quell of the Hunger Games comes around all past victors are called to go back to the arena. Katniss is already gave the Capitol a bad reputation. Her and Peeta must survive yet another Hunger Games. When I read this book I wasn't sure how good it was going to be. But Suzanne Collins did not fail me. This book was so good I can't explain how much I loved it.
